Nowadays, there are more gluten free desserts available to buy from supermarkets and independent retailers, but they are frequently frozen and portion sizes are often small. You will need to 'save room' for a dessert or pudding made with gluten free ingredients if it is made fresh.

We have tried and tested recipes for tarts, crumble, gateaux and cheesecake and it is easy to adapt the flavours.
